Exchanges

While we strive to provide detailed product dimensions in our listings, we understand that sizing can sometimes be tricky.ย We offer a hassle-free 14-day exchange policy for your convenience. If the size of your purchased item doesn't fit, simply contact us at info@gabaaz.caย to initiate an exchange. Our dedicated team will assist you promptly. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Returns

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.ย To start a return, you can contact us at info@gabaaz.ca.

If your return is accepted, weโ€™ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds
We will notify you once weโ€™ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, youโ€™ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 30 business days have passed since weโ€™ve approved your return, please contact us at info@gabaaz.com.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (if applicable).

Clearance Items - Final Sale

Items purchased from theย Clearance section are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
